Since joining LGE in 2000, David has directed the development of over 12 million square feet of projects with sales totaling over $500 million. David handles all land acquisition, client design development, contract negotiation, reviewing of job costs on an ongoing basis during construction, speculative development, as well as daily operations.

Carrie Masters

Executive Assistant / Business Development

Carrie joined the LGE team in the summer of 2003. She currently assists the President in his day to day operations along with meeting coordination, preparation and maintenance of relationships related to all Public Relations and publication advertisement, upkeep of all marketing material and working with various firms to development new business relationships. Carrie is an active member of GPEC, Valley Partnership and NAIOP.

LaNell Bemis

Chief Financial Officer


LaNell, a degreed professional, has 33 years managerial experience. Her personal search for excellence has been instrumental in establishing LGE as a leader in commercial real estate construction and development. She has worked with LGE and it's Owners for the last 25 years. LaNell oversees the business, finance and accounting operations of the company.

Jason Bemis

Cost Accountant / AIA Specialist

Jason has a Bachelor's Degree from Arizona State University and is currently working towards an MBA. He works closely with the CFO and assists in day to day operations. Jason is directly responsible for payroll, administrates the company's benefit plans and prepares construction draws for LGE.

Ivy Tuilefano

Admin Assistant to CFO / Accounts Payable

Ivy joined LGE in February of 2011. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in accounting. Ivy has 20 years of experience in basic accounting thru general ledger. Prior to LGE, she worked 6 years in construction in a Supervisor capacity at McDavid Construction and Team Fishel. Ivy currently handles all accounts payable, generates reports, produces spreadsheets, prepares journal entries, records deposits, maintains bank and credit reconciliations, completes Builder's Risk reports, requests Liability and Workmen's Compensation insurance certificates.
