Vance Chapman

General Construction Manager

Vance started with LGE Design Build in 1996 as a Project Superintendent. In 2005 he was promoted to General Construction Manager. He now assists the VP of Construction / Operation in the supervision of LGE’s Construction Managers, in addition to: coordination and supervision with the Construction Managers with management, scheduling and overall construction operations, brings the projects to completion on schedule and within their designated budget and is LGE’s onsite project liaison in regards to the construction relationship with the Owners, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors.

Brent Guida

Construction Manager

Brent started his career in construction in 1980 giving him 30 years experience in the field. He started with LGE Design Build in 1995 as a Construction Manager. Brent has overseen projects that included industrial, retail, medical, office and automotive. In recent years he has been managing multiple building projects that have anywhere from 2 to 11 buildings.


Brad Taylor

Construction Manager

Brad has 40 years experience working in the construction industry. Although the first twelve years of his career focused on residential, he moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1991 and started as a rookie superintendent with Unity Builders who then joined forces with LGE Design Build.

 


Spencer (Spike) Anderson

Construction Manager

Spike graduated from a Northeastern junior college with an AA Degree in business and furthered his education obtaining a major in business from Colorado State University. He started with LGE Design Build as a Construction Manager in 1995 bringing just over 23 years experience in construction with him. Spike has been responsible for overseeing a wide variety of office and warehouse buildings.

 

Richard Short

Construction Manager

Richard Short which I have been hounded to provide info for, Richard has served the commercial construction industry in the capacity of a Superintendent, General Superintendent, Construction Manager and Project Manager for over (33) years and was a carpenter in his younger years. He has managed the construction of a multitude of different types of buildings including schools, medical office, warehouse and distributions facilities, retail stores and more. He has served as a Superintendent and Construction Manger for LGE Corporation for many years and continues to manage his projects to complete on schedule.

 

Mark A. Traughber

Construction Manager

Mark joined the LGE team as a field Construction Manager in the year 2000. His extensive prior background in commercial carpentry conditioned him with the knowledge and leadership skills necessary to mange the overall construction of many ground up projects for various uses.

 

Shana Wellman

Administrative Assistant / Accounting Department

Shana joined LGE in 2010. She handles administrative tasks for the accounting department including alerting subs when checks are available, collecting waivers, and handling preliminary 20 day notices

Chantal Sitzes

Receptionist

Chantal currently has an Associates Degree and is working towards her Bachelor's at Arizona State University. She joined LGE in May of 2011 as the front desk Receptionist. Chantal is directly responsible for handling phones, office supply, contract allocation and dispatch responsibilities for the entire staff.
